Regarding the closure of stores in many places across the country, Super Gorilla customer service stated, "Some stores are closing due to contract expiration and failure to renew." Super Gorilla founder and CEO Liu Shutong once had a vision to open ten thousand stores within 10 years. Now, five years have passed and its scale has only reached nearly 300 stores, with a completion rate of less than 3%.
