Tianyi Medical announced that in order to regulate information disclosure, a system has been established for temporary suspension and exemption of disclosure actions. Disclosure of national secrets should be exempted; disclosure of trade secrets can be temporarily suspended or exempted in specific situations. Information that is temporarily suspended or exempted from disclosure must meet conditions such as non-disclosure, insider commitment to confidentiality, and no abnormal fluctuations in stock price. When information that can be temporarily suspended or exempted occurs in various departments and subsidiaries of the company, internal approval procedures must be followed, and the relevant information will be registered and archived by the board secretary. Those who do not comply with the regulations or have not disclosed the reasons for eliminating them will be punished. The system will come into effect after being approved by the board.
