The Zhixin Financial Assets (02799.HK) announced that the board of directors have appointed Mr. Liu Zeyun and Mr. Zhang Jian as Vice Presidents of the company during a board meeting held on November 19, 2025. Their term of office will start from the date approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and will continue until the board of directors appoints or dismisses another Vice President.
