Wuhan initiates 24 residential land plots for sale with a total starting price exceeding 8.3 billion yuan.

Recently, the Wuhan Natural Resources and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued the "Wuhan Municipal Auction and Transfer of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Announcement", with a total of 27 plots of land put up for auction at a total starting price of 8.799 billion yuan. It involves 9 plots in Xinzhou District, 2 plots in Caidian District, 9 plots in Jiangxia District, 1 plot in East Lake High-tech Zone, 2 plots in Jianghan District, 2 plots in Qiaokou District, 1 plot in Hongshan District, and 1 plot in Hanyang District. Among them, there are 24 plots of residential land with a total starting price of approximately 8.353 billion yuan, and these announced plots will be auctioned on December 9th.
