Notice from the Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission on the issuance of the "Shanghai Municipal Classification and Supervision Measures for Credit Rating in the Radio Field"

The Shanghai Economic and Information Commission has issued the "Shanghai Radio Credit Grading and Classification Supervision Measures", which will be implemented from November 19, 2025, and will be valid until November 18, 2030. The measures aim to promote credit grading and classification supervision in the radio field, in accordance with relevant regulations, to conduct credit evaluation and classification supervision on units and individuals using radio frequencies, and setting up and using radio stations within the administrative area of the city. The credit evaluation results are divided into four levels: A, B, C, and D. Differentiated supervision measures will be implemented according to the credit level, and a credit restoration mechanism will be established to protect the rights and interests of the supervised entities.
