Shanghai Chongming has gathered more than 70 core supporting enterprises in the shipbuilding and marine industry.

On November 19, Xu Huiquan, Deputy District Mayor of Chongming District, Shanghai, said at the Shanghai "14th Five-Year Plan" series release conference that Chongming District is promoting the further focus of the ship and marine engineering industry chain on the Changxing Marine Equipment Industrial Park, achieving local supporting general equipment. Currently, Chongming District has gathered more than 70 core supporting enterprises, initially forming a development pattern of assembly construction traction research and development innovation, equipment supporting, trial verification, repair and modification of the entire industry chain.
