Baijin Life Sciences announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Baijin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Youhuan Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing Baijin will invest in Youhuan Biomedical through subscription of its equity, aiming to create a globally leading research and development platform for circular RNA technology and deepen technological innovation in the field of cell therapy through this platform. The actual timing and amount of the investment have not yet been determined by the parties to the agreement. The cooperation framework agreement will expire on December 31, 2026, and either party may notify the other party ten days in advance to terminate the cooperation framework agreement.
