On November 19, Guangbai Group stated on the interactive platform that one of the first batch of new city downtown duty-free shops nationwide in cooperation with China Duty Free Group has settled in the first floor of Guangzhou Friendship Store in Guangzhou, becoming the first duty-free shop in downtown Guangzhou. It opened on August 26, 2025. Currently, the company has a total of 10 stores providing convenient "buy and refund" services for departure tax refunds, including the newly established "buy and refund" centralized refund service point at Guangbai Beijing Road Store, realizing a service model of "city-wide departure tax refund, one-stop service in the city". The company is one of the authorized retailers for the Universiade merchandise.
