Announcement of Dongfang Electric: Dongfang Electric's controlling subsidiary, Dongfang Electric Wind Power Co., Ltd., has jointly established a joint venture company with Anhui Wanneng Energy Trading Co., Ltd. Dongfang Wind Power holds 49% of the shares, while Wanneng Energy holds 51% of the shares. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 18.57 billion yuan. Dongfang Wind Power contributes 100% equity of Mulan Dongji New Energy Co., Ltd., valuing at 9.1 billion yuan, as its shareholding. According to the asset appraisal report issued by Beijing Tianjin Xingye Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., as of the appraisal date of June 30, 2025, the assessed value of the total equity of Mulan Dongji New Energy Co., Ltd. is 9.1 billion yuan. Wanneng Energy contributes 9.47 billion yuan in cash.
