The yield on US Treasury bonds traded steadily or slightly lower in the Asian trading session, with investors awaiting the minutes from the Federal Reserve's October policy meeting for clues on differing opinions. Simon Ballard of Abu Dhabi First Bank stated in a report, "The minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee meeting may help to better understand the voting disagreements." However, for many analysts, the delayed release of the September non-farm payroll data on Thursday will be a bigger focus. Tradeweb data shows that the yield on 2-year US Treasury bonds fell by 0.8 basis points to 3.572%; the yield on 10-year US Treasury bonds slightly decreased by 0.2 basis points to 4.117%; and the yield on 30-year US Treasury bonds fell by 0.2 basis points to 4.738%.
