According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on November 19, the "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products 200" was 125.44, an increase of 0.03 points from yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" wholesale price index was 127.55, an increase of 0.04 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average wholesale price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 17.92 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from yesterday; beef was 66.70 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.3% from yesterday; mutton was 62.38 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.9% from yesterday; eggs were 7.31 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.5% from yesterday; white strip chicken was 17.47 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.6% from yesterday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.70 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.7% from yesterday; the average price of 6 key monitored fruits was 7.11 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.4% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 19.05 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.7% from yesterday; carp was 13.52 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.4% from yesterday; white carp was 10.08 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.8% from yesterday; bighead carp was 40.45 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday. Today, among the 46 key monitored varieties in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, the top five with the highest price increase compared to yesterday are scallions, cauliflower, zucchini, lettuce, and lotus root, with increases of 2.6%, 2.3%, 2.1%, 2.0%, and 1.9% respectively; the top five with the highest price decrease are pineapples, pears, carp, shiitake mushrooms, and white radishes, with decreases of 3.5%, 1.7%, 1.4%, 1.2%, and 1.0% respectively.
