COFCO Joy City acquires a combination of land parcels in Chengdu with a minimum price of 2.65 billion yuan.

On November 19th, a combined supply of land in Qingyang District, Chengdu was auctioned. The combined land consists of 4 sub-plots, including 2 residential plots and 2 commercial service plots, with a total construction area of 134,500 square meters and a total planned construction area of 305,200 square meters. The total starting price was 2.65 billion yuan, with a starting floor price of 17,000 yuan per square meter for residential land. In the end, Chengdu Tianfu Chenyue Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the bidding for the land parcel at the base price of 2.65 billion yuan.
