Honglei Optics: Completed delivery of orders for semiconductor mask lithography machines and TGV glass substrate lithography machines.

Recently, Hongtian Stock Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary Honglei Optics successfully launched and delivered the direct writing photolithography machine for the semiconductor mask field and TGV glass substrate field, and delivered them to customer orders. The photolithography machine launched and delivered this time is a high-precision laser direct writing lithography equipment with a minimum line width and line spacing resolution of 2.5m and an alignment accuracy of 2m, which can meet the mass production lithography needs of customers with L/S of 3m mask products. At the same time, another direct writing lithography machine launched and delivered to customers is applicable to the TGV glass substrate field, with a minimum line width and line spacing resolution of 6m and an alignment accuracy of 4m, which can meet the production needs of 510mm*515mm size TGV glass substrates.
