China Gold Leasing: sells one 787-9 aircraft.

On the morning of November 19th, Guoyin Jinrenting announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on November 18th, 2025, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC, entered into a sales and purchase agreement with United Airlines, Inc. through a wholly-owned subsidiary and nominee of the Company. Under this agreement, the seller has agreed to sell a 787-9 aircraft by selling the aircraft itself directly to the buyer or its nominee, or by selling all beneficial interests in the trust established for the aircraft.
