Quantitative group: plans to globally issue 13.3475 million shares.

On the morning of November 19th, the quant fund announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally offer 13,347,500 shares, with 1,335,000 shares offered in Hong Kong and 12,012,500 shares offered internationally. The maximum offer price is 9.80 Hong Kong dollars per share; it is expected that the shares will start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 27, 2025.
