International oil prices rose on the 18th.

As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for December delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 83 cents to settle at $60.74 per barrel, an increase of 1.39%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for January delivery rose by 69 cents to settle at $64.89 per barrel, an increase of 1.07%.
