Asia-Europe Interconnected Holding Co., Ltd. is established, led by China Railway Container Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Group.

On November 18th, at the Second China-Europe Freight Train International Cooperation Forum held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, the establishment of the Asia-Europe Interconnection Holdings Limited was announced by the China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., led by the China Railway Container Transportation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Railway Group. The Asia-Europe Interconnection Company is jointly established by four domestic China-Europe freight train operating platform companies, including the China Railway Container Company, the Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., the Chengdu International Railway Port Investment and Development Co., Ltd., the Xi'an Guangxing Commercial Operation Co., Ltd., and the Yixinou Trade Service Group Co., Ltd. The company will invest in and establish operating entities in countries along the China-Europe freight train routes, and will provide operating services such as overseas routes, locomotives, vehicles, and stations through close cooperation with railway companies, logistics agencies, and port stations in countries along the route.
