A total investment of 5 billion yuan, two major projects, including the Eastern Dream Factory Southwest Headquarters, have signed contracts and landed in Chengdu High-tech Zone.

On November 18th, the Fifth Urban Park Forum was held at the Chengdu Tianfu International Conference Center. At the main forum, two projects, the Southwest Innovation Center project of Xihang Investment and the Southwest Headquarters project of Dongfang Dream Factory, were signed and settled in the Chengdu High-tech Zone, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. It is reported that Xi'an Aerospace Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and will invest in the construction of the Southwest Innovation Center of Xihang Investment in Xinchuan Innovation and Technology Park in Chengdu High-tech Zone through its wholly-owned subsidiary Xihang Technology Group in Xinjiang. The center will focus on commercial aerospace, low-altitude economy, and the transformation of nanotechnology achievements, aiming to create an innovative platform integrating "research and development + pilot-scale testing + industrialization + operation". The project will promote the research and industrialization of technologies such as low-earth orbit satellite networking, reusable rocket engines, heavy-duty drones, eVTOL, and nanotechnology innovation materials, helping Chengdu to build an aerospace technology and low-altitude economic industry ecosystem.
