Shanghai Shengmei: Elect HUI WANG as chairman and appoint Wang Jian as general manager.

Shengmei Shanghai announced on the evening of November 18th that the board of directors agreed to elect HUI WANG as the chairman of the third board of directors, to appoint Wang Jian as the general manager of the company, to appoint Chen Fuping and Wang Jun as vice general managers of the company, to appoint LISA YI LU FENG as the financial director of the company, and to appoint Luo Mingzhu as the secretary of the board of directors. Their term will start from the date of approval by the board of directors and end on the expiration of the third board of directors.
