Shanghai Shengmei: elected Hui Wang as chairman and appointed Wang Jian as general manager.

Shengmei Shanghai announced on the evening of November 18th that the board of directors agreed to elect HUI WANG as the chairman of the third board of directors, and to appoint Wang Jian as the general manager of the company. Chen Fuping and Wang Jun were appointed as vice general managers, LISA YI LU FENG was appointed as the head of finance, and Luo Mingzhu was appointed as the board secretary. Their term of office will last from the date of approval by the board of directors until the end of the third board of directors.
