The Zhifutong Financial APP News, Yonghe Intelligent Control (002795.SZ) announced that the company plans to publicly transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Kunming Medical Oncology Hospital Co., Ltd. ("Kunming Medical") through listing, with a minimum listing price of no less than RMB 35,927,700. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Kunming Medical.
