Tianjin: Support the construction of the Global Aircraft Leasing Center, the International Ship Leasing Center, and the Global Export Offshore Leasing Center in Dongjiang.

Recently issued was the "Implementation Plan for Better Serving the High-Quality Development of the Real Economy in Tianjin's Construction of an International First-Class National Leasing Innovation Demonstration Zone", which proposes the creation of a cross-border leasing cluster with international influence. It supports the construction of the Global Aircraft Leasing Center, International Ship Leasing Center, and Global Export Offshore Leasing Center in Dongjiang. Aligning with international advanced regions, it aims to create a business environment, policy environment, and industrial ecology with international competitiveness, stable policy, alignment with international standards, and diverse business formats. It further aims to reduce operating costs for enterprises, optimize and enhance business efficiency, serve the real economy, support China's manufacturing industry to expand globally, and ensure the security of national strategic assets such as aircraft, ships, and offshore equipment.
