Economic Daily News App learned that on November 18, 2025, Huitongda Networks (09878.HK) announced that the company had entered into a stock acquisition agreement with Cognition Edge, a smart technology company focusing on e-commerce and retail enterprises. Huitongda plans to acquire 57% of Cognition Edge's equity for 456 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Cognition Edge will become a subsidiary of Huitongda, and its financial performance will be included in Huitongda's financial statements.
