According to the "Share Transfer Agreement," the actual controllers of the company intend to transfer a total of 8.5113 million shares to Xutong Investment through an agreement. According to the "Voting Rights Proxy Agreement," the actual controllers of the company intend to delegate all non-property shareholder rights, such as voting rights, nomination rights, proposal rights, convocation rights, attendance rights, etc., for the remaining 20.1608 million shares they hold after this share transfer to Xutong Investment.
