China HuaNeng signs strategic cooperation agreement with the government of Qinghai Province.

On November 17th, China Huaneng Group Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Qinghai Province in Xining to promote Qinghai's high-quality development and comprehensive deepening.
