Chitong Financial News APP News, Shengbang Stocks (301233.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Framework Agreement on the Acquisition of Wuxi WOCO Engine Noise Reduction Parts Co., Ltd." with WOCO.F.J. Wolf Holding GmbH (referred to as "WOCO Group"). The two parties have reached a framework intention on the company's acquisition of 60% equity of Wuxi WOCO Engine Noise Reduction Parts Co., Ltd. ("Wuxi WOCO") in cash.
