Yongshang Lithium Industry announced that Shanghai Gangshi Equity Investment Co., Ltd., as the obligor of information disclosure, passively reduced its shareholding through judicial auction, with its shareholding ratio decreasing from 10.45% to 0.69%. Shanghai Gangshi and its concerted action person Ningbo Jutai's total shareholding ratio decreased from 23.69% to 13.93%.
