Calculated at the face dividend rate of 3.86% for Su Yin You 1, each preferred share will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 3.86. Based on the issuance of 200 million shares of Su Yin You 1, the total cash dividend distributed will be RMB 7.72 billion. The dividend payment date is November 28, 2025.
