On November 18th, the Jincheng Regulatory Sub-bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau issued the "Approval for Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Limited by Share Ltd to Acquire Zhezhou Pufa Village and Town Bank Limited by Share Ltd and Establish Branches". It approved Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Limited by Share Ltd to acquire Zhezhou Pufa Village and Town Bank Limited by Share Ltd and establish Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Jincheng Fengtai West Street Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Jincheng Bagong Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Jincheng Dadonggou Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Jincheng Nancun Branch, to take over the assets, liabilities, business, and employees of Zhezhou Pufa Village and Town Bank Limited by Share Ltd after asset verification.
