Recently, a consumer claimed that the Guerlain cosmetics purchased in Jia Nailiang's Douyin live broadcast room are suspected of being counterfeit, causing concern. On November 18, Jia Nailiang signed with MCN Yuanwang Technology responded: "The Guerlain products sold in the live broadcast room are all uniformly shipped by the official flagship store of Guerlain, operated by LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetics Trading Co., Ltd, which is the official direct sales company of Guerlain brand in China." Subsequently, Jia Nailiang's studio and Yuanwang Technology jointly issued a statement in response to the consumer's doubts about counterfeit products sold by the official flagship store of Guerlain, promising to follow up and handle the issue throughout the process, and fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
