Xiaomi Group partner and Group President Lu Weibing revealed the latest progress of Xiaomi AI business at the performance conference call, stating that Xiaomi AI business has been progressing very rapidly. In just over a year, Xiaomi has successively released language large models, multi-modal large models, and speech large models. In November, it also announced the open-source intelligent home future exploration solution Xiaomi Miloco. In terms of investment, Xiaomi has already invested 23.5 billion yuan in research and development expenses this year, with a quarter of that invested in AI. Currently, the investment intensity far exceeds expectations.
