Raytheon: Fundraising project postponed until June 2028.
Rayli Science and Technology announced that the company will hold a board of directors and supervisors meeting on November 18, 2025 to review and approve the proposal to add the implementation subject and location of the new fund-raising project, and to use the funds raised to provide loans to subsidiaries to implement the fund-raising project and extend the project. The company has decided to postpone the "Rayli Science and Technology Greater Bay Area Automotive Intelligent Electronic Control System R&D and Manufacturing Headquarters" project to June 2028 in order to integrate regional resources, get closer to downstream markets, and optimize the supply chain system. The new implementation subjects include the company, its wholly-owned subsidiary Wenzhou Keming, and its holding subsidiary Wuhan Codes. The company will transfer the funds raised to the new implementation subjects by providing loans to ensure the safe use of the funds raised. This adjustment aims to improve the efficiency of fund utilization and maximize the interests of the company and shareholders.
