National satellite navigation positioning reference stations will be included in unified supervision.

The Ministry of Natural Resources announced today the "Management Measures for Satellite Navigation Base Stations," which will unify and regulate the construction, operation, and maintenance of satellite navigation base stations nationwide starting from January 1st next year. Satellite navigation base stations refer to ground fixed observation stations that continuously observe satellite navigation signals over the long term and transmit observation data in real-time or at scheduled times to data centers through communication facilities.
