The Tangren God announcement stated that the company will hold a board meeting on November 18, 2025 to review and approve the proposal to apply for registration and issuance of medium-term notes to the China Interbank Market Dealers Association. The proposed registered amount shall not exceed 500 million yuan, with specific size, term, etc. to be determined based on market and company conditions. The funds raised, after deducting issuance costs, are intended to be used to repay interest-bearing liabilities of the company and supplement working capital. This application is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting, and will be implemented after being accepted for registration by the Dealers Association, with uncertainties in the issuance process.
