Sinotrans Shipping Ltd. announced that on November 18, 2025, the company repurchased 3 million A shares through centralized bidding trading for the first time, accounting for 0.0227% of the total share capital of the company as of November 17, 2025. The lowest purchase price was 2.67 yuan/share, the highest price was 2.71 yuan/share, and the total amount paid was RMB 8.0644 million. The repurchased shares will be used to reduce the registered capital.
