Baolet: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 13.08 million for the first three quarters of 2025.

Baolai announced that the equity distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.5 yuan for every 10 shares held to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 2.62 billion shares excluding the 2.97 million repurchased shares, totaling cash dividends of 13.08 million yuan. The record date for equity registration is November 25th, and the ex-dividend date is November 26th. In addition, the conversion price of "Baolai convertible bonds" will be adjusted from 24.02 yuan/share to 23.97 yuan/share, effective November 26th.
