The Chinese delegation completed the participation task of attending the meeting of the rapporteurs group of Working Group 1C of the Radio Communications Department of the International Telecommunication Union.

From November 10th to 14th, 2025, the first meeting of the Reporters Group of Working Party 1C of the International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Sector was held in Geneva, Switzerland. This meeting was the second meeting of the WP1C Reporters Group in the research cycle for the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference. The Reporters Group was established by WP1C in 2023 with the aim of advancing the revision of the ITU-R Spectrum Monitoring Handbook. This meeting focused on discussing the revisions of each chapter of the handbook and forming a draft revision, with the plan to complete the handbook revision by June 2026 and submit it for review at the SG1 meeting. The Chinese delegation submitted 4 papers on topics such as data and automation, monitoring measurements, and monitoring of space vehicle emissions, all of which were accepted by the meeting, actively contributing Chinese solutions to the advancement of international spectrum monitoring work.
