Jianghuawei: Subsidiary's 37,000 ton wet electronic chemicals project completed record filing.

Jianghua Micro announced that on August 22, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhenjiang Jianghua Micro plans to invest in the construction of a "annual production of 37,000 tons of ultra-high-purity wet electronic chemicals project." Recently, the project has completed the "Jiangsu Province Investment Project Filing Certificate". The total investment of the project is 288.83 million yuan, the construction nature is expansion, and it is planned to start in 2025. It will be a technical transformation and expansion in the original plant area, with an additional annual production capacity of 37,000 tons, a construction period of 16 months, from November 2025 to February 2027, the first-phase production capacity will eventually reach 70,000 tons per year of ultra-high-purity wet electronic chemicals and 38,000 tons per year of low-concentration chemicals.
