Jin Control Electric Power Announcement: In order to improve asset liquidity, the company plans to transfer 51% of the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Tongying Thermoelectric to Jinbei Energy Company. The transaction will be conducted through a private agreement at a transfer price of 266 million yuan. Tongying Thermoelectric is mainly engaged in the production and sales of electric heating. Currently, it is in the process of constructing a thermal power project and has not yet started production and sales. As of June 30, 2025, Tongying Thermoelectric's total assets amount to 3.338 billion yuan, total liabilities amount to 2.824 billion yuan, and total owner's equity amounts to 514 million yuan.
