CloudTech: Apply to implement full circulation of H shares

Yunji Technology Announcement: The company has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on November 18, 2025 regarding the conversion of all its domestic unlisted shares into H shares. Upon obtaining all relevant approvals and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, the unlisted shares will be converted into H shares, and the company will apply for approval for the H shares to be listed and traded on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. According to the company's articles of association, a separate shareholders' meeting is not required for the approval of the conversion and listing. The company has not yet received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the application, and the details of the implementation plan for the conversion and listing have not been finalized.
