Intelligence Finance APP News, Western Cement (02233.HK) has announced that the company proposes to only offer US dollar-denominated senior notes (new notes) to professional investors. The new notes will be guaranteed by several of the company's subsidiaries (subsidiary guarantors). The company intends to use the net proceeds from the new notes together with its cash on hand to repurchase, redeem or repay the company's existing debt (including 2026 notes tendered or redeemed) and for working capital purposes (including current liabilities). The new notes will only be offered and sold outside the United States in compliance with Regulation S of the Securities Act (proposed notes offering).
