Wuzhou Special Paper announced that the equity ratio of the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted action persons has changed by 1% scale. From November 3 to 17, 2025, the concerted action person Lin Wanming accumulated a reduction of 616,200 shares through centralized auction trading. After the equity change, their total shareholding ratio decreased from 82.13% to 82.00%. This change is a part of the implementation of the reduction plan, does not trigger a tender offer, will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholder and actual controller, and does not involve the disclosure of an equity change report. The company will follow up and urge them to reduce their holdings in accordance with regulations and disclose in a timely manner.
