The Fuchun River Environmental Protection announcement stated that on November 10, 2025, the company signed a "Joint Venture Agreement" with Yicheng Economic Development Zone Investment, jointly contributing 116 million yuan to establish a project company to invest in and construct the Hubei Yicheng Economic Development Zone Combined Heat and Power Project, with the company contributing 80.85 million yuan. On November 17, the project company completed the business registration, with the name Hubei Fuyi Energy Co., Ltd., with Lou Jun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes power generation, heat production and supply, among other businesses.
