Buying more against the trend in the midst of a sharp decline! Strategy (MSTR.US) last week spent $840 million to buy Bitcoin.

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, the documents submitted by Strategy (MSTR.US) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday showed that the company purchased $8.356 billion worth of Bitcoin in the past seven days leading up to last Sunday, making it the largest purchase of this cryptocurrency by the company since July. This brings their total number of Bitcoins held to 649,870, worth approximately $61.7 billion. The company seems to have used the proceeds from a recently completed Euro-denominated preferred stock offering last week to fund this purchase. This indicates that the company, led by Michael Saylor, further reinforced their pioneering digital asset reserve model during the recent downturn in the cryptocurrency market last week.
