Moody's: Includes Western Cement (02233.HK) "Caa1" company family rating on the upward watch list

On November 18th, Moody's has placed the credit rating of West China Cement Limited (02233.HK, referred to as "West China Cement") on positive watch, including the "Caa1" Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and the "Caa2" senior unsecured rating. Previously, the outlook was negative.
