Tera from Turkey acquires the booking website Tatilsepiti.com.

According to exchange filing documents, Tera Turizm, a subsidiary of Tera Yatirim Teknoloji Holding, has signed an agreement to acquire DLT Turizm, the owner of the website tatilsepeti.com. The acquisition is subject to obtaining antitrust approval and other conditions precedent.
