Li Qiang Meets with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin
On the afternoon of November 17th local time, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in Moscow.
Li Keqiang stated that the 30th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian prime ministers was recently held in Hangzhou, focusing on implementing the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Putin, comprehensively reviewing the progress of cooperation in various fields between China and Russia, and planning key cooperation for the next stage. China is willing to follow the strategic guidance of the two country's leaders with Russia, further strengthen communication and coordination, continuously deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and create more well-being for the people of both countries.
Li Keqiang pointed out that China is willing to deepen cooperation with Russia in the fields of investment, energy, agriculture, etc., welcoming more high-quality Russian agricultural products to enter the Chinese market, and hoping that Russia will provide more convenience for Chinese companies to invest and operate in Russia. Both sides should continue to expand people-to-people exchanges, strengthen cooperation in culture, education, film, and other fields, injecting more human warmth into the China-Russia relationship. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Tianjin in September this year achieved a series of milestone results. China is willing to closely coordinate with Russia, promote all parties of the SCO to uphold the "Shanghai Spirit," and quickly translate the development blueprint outlined by the leaders into reality. Mishustin stated that the current comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and China is at an unprecedented high level.
