On the morning of November 17th, the work promotion meeting for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing regional science and technology innovation center jointly established by the central and local governments was held in Chongqing. Yuan Jiajun, Secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Yin Hejun, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Shi Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Governor, also spoke at the meeting. Hu Henghua, Deputy Secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the meeting, and Zeng Yixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the National Health Commission, attended. Officials from the Ministry of Science and Technology introduced the top-level design documents and implementation status of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing regional science and technology innovation center in the new era.
