The compensation plan for the Zhujiang New Town racecourse land in Guangzhou has been revealed, with a proposed compensation of 10 billion RMB.

The highly anticipated Guangzhou Racecourse site has new developments. On November 17th, it was reported in a relevant announcement that the Guangzhou Tianhe District Yuan Cun Street Shi Dong Eighth Cooperative Economic Society and the Ninth Cooperative Economic Society will hold a meeting of all shareholders to vote on the "Compensation Plan for the Government to reclaim the Guangzhou Racecourse Management Co., Ltd. racecourse site and the ownership of state-owned land." According to the "Plan" released by Guangzhou Racecourse Management Co., Ltd. on November 14th, the proposed land to be reclaimed is located south of Huangpu Avenue and west of Tancun Road, with an area of 362,048 square meters. The total compensation for the state-owned land ownership of the racecourse site by Guangzhou Racecourse Management Co., Ltd. is approximately 10 billion yuan, subject to the final approval of the government's compensation plan.
