It is worth noting that multiple channels are actually entry points to existing services within the JD system: for example, "Self-operated Instant Delivery" directly connects to "JD Seven Fresh," the "Shopping" channel directly jumps to the JD main site, and the "Hotel" channel directly jumps to "JD Travel," achieving multiple business interactions. Surprisingly, the JD Delivery standalone app currently does not have the "JD Reviews" product feature online. In response, JD official customer service stated, "We have not integrated the JD Reviews feature at the moment, please look forward to future upgrades."
